JiWire, a one-stop wireless portal, has announced it has signed hotspot directory licensing agreements with USA Today, IDG’s PC World and CNET Networks, Inc. JiWire also plans to introduce a mobile hotspot directory on AvantGo(R), reaching ten million registered subscribers.
