“Iowa passed a new law on July 1st. Said law states that now, for one to be considered legally intoxicated, one must blow a .08 on the breathalyzer. Previous to this, the legal limit was .10. I’m not going to defend drunk driving… However, I don’t believe that Iowa should have been blackmailed to comply with the desires of the federal government.”
