The following ‘Critical Updates’ for Windows XP are now available from the Windows website:
811493: Security Update (Windows XP)
Q815021 XP: Security Update
It should be noted that 811493 was already available before as a ‘Critical Update’ but was downgraded to just a ‘recommended update’ after complaints that it slowed down the system. Looks like the error has been corrected.
