“TOKYO (May 4, 2003 7:50 a.m. EDT) - Japanese police on Sunday arrested a man who allegedly robbed a woman of $160 while disguised in a schoolgirl’s uniform.”
Since Late March there where five purse snatchings by men dressed in schoolgirl uniform? Ummm….This is too weird for me to comment on.
