IDSA to challenge Washington State law

The Interactive Digital Software Association (IDSA) announced it is seeking an injuction against Washington State Law HB 1009. This bill signed into law by Governor Gary Locke, yesterday, would make it illegal to sell or rent videogames that depict violence against law enforcement officers to customers under the age of 17.
Interestingly enough, the law seems to ignore the well-respected voluntary ESRB ratings for games.
