RIAA accidently sent a threatening letter because their automated copyright crawlers found an mp3 connected with the word “Usher”. Turns out it was an a cappella song performed by astronomers about the Swift gamma ray satellite designed by Penn State.

Penn State could have kept quite and wrote back to the RIAA, saying we’ll see you in Court following up with a lawsuit of their own $100 Mil. for Defamation. I believe the RIAA would slow down a tick in sending We’ll Sue you letters. Maybe Penn State could use the 100 Mil. in the Computer Sciences Dept.
