“RUSSIA is the second largest market for pirated goods after China, according to the director of Russian certification agency Rospatent.
More than 90 per cent of computer software sold in Russia is pirated, along with 40 to 50 per cent of books and 80 to 90 per cent of CDs and videos, said Ivan Bliznyuk.”
