“…Knoppix has proven to be an amazing tool. Digging into the menus a little more I can’t help but be awed by the amount of power that has been packed into this little CD-wonder. From network analyzers to CD-burning software, you will find many useful tools in-between. Since this is intended to be a full-featured desktop OS, I was not that surprised to see OpenOffice and KOffice. More surprising was the selection of games included: including the entire gamut of KDE games, plus other favorites like NetHack, Freeciv, Lincity! And of course, what good distro doesn’t include multiple chess-games?”
