Bank of the West accidentally released over 3,300 customer e-mail addresses Monday after an employee placed all of the addresses in the “To” field rather than “BCC” field when sending out a notice to its customers. Whoops! I bet other banks would kill to get their hands on that list…guaranteed e-mail addresses of 3,000 unhappy customers!
