Comcast and Cox Communications being sued by @Home

Cox Communications and Comcast are being sued by the bankrupt @Home broadband company. @Home clams the two companies profited from stock deals with AT&T that left @Home with no choice but to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. @Home is seeking $600 million in damages from the stock deal. Representatives from Comcast had no comment and Cox representatives could not be reached for comment.
