Unfortunately, the harder these programs try to block unwanted ad windows, the more likely they are to prevent some legitimate sites from working properly.

This is not a comment but a cry for help.
I have a problem receiving error messages ,Generic Host Win32 Process Services has a problem. I am also receiving a soundtrx.exe error message.
This causes my programs to freeze up. Sometimes when I get this error my firewall shuts itself off.
I have been conversing with a Microsoft tech but my confidence level in Microsoft support is failing.
I know that the problem is with ntdll.dll and the location of the svchost.exe.mdmp is: D:\Docume~1Dennis~1\locals~1\Temp\Werc21.d.dir00\svchost.exe.mdmp.but I don’t know how to solve it,
can anyone help me?
