“Bradford C. Brown, chairman of the National Center for Technology and Law at George Mason University, oversees a project set up to study the legal difficulties of guaranteeing computer networks’ security. The project, in conjunction with James Madison University, is financed by a $6.5-million grant from the National Institute of Standards and Technology.”
