I live in Northern NJ. I have what I believe to be asbestos tile in my basement. How can I remove it? Can I cover it? What is the law on resale if I cover it? What is my liability if it is there when I sell the house?
Is there anything else that I need to know. (I bought the house about 5 years ago and just realized that the tile is asbestos.)
