The real Spam King is Sanford Wallace, who has been around in one form or another for well over a decade. It was Wallace’s CyberPromotions against which many a spam lawyer first cut their spam litigation teeth. In fact, some of the very first major anti-spam legal victories were those of AOL and CompuServe against CyberPromotions and Wallace. After that, Wallace appeared to go underground for several years.
