Extract audio from YouTube Videos

If you’re like me you have found some nice indy songs on YouTube that you can’t quite find anywhere else. I personally love UnclassicalPiano’s works. When I heard his version of “Freebird” I just had to have an MP3 of it.

You’ll need an audio extractor and a video download method. I personally use AoA audio extractor from  http://www.aoamedia.com/audioextractor.h… and Download Helper for Firefox. Simply download the video and run the audio extractor to output a neat little MP3. There ae plenty of settings and file formats for different uses. I now have a cool UnclassicaPiano CD that I’ll listen to on my hour commute to work. Enjoy!
