Contour Shows Off New Case For 5G iPods

Contour Design has done it again. Taking its already incredible iPod case, Showcase, Contour has greatly improved the shock resistant case for the next generation iPod. Removing the large and bulky lock mechanisms, Contour now allows you to easily latch and secure your iPod into the nearly all clear case. The only holes on the case are found on the top for access to the hold switch, ear phones, and on the bottom for the dock cable. Oh yes, of course one on the front for the ClickWheel, silly us. :)

For $32.95, we can tell you that this updated case is well worth it. We here at SvenOnTech have used many - and we’re talking many! - cases for the iPod and the Showcase is our favorite. The new clamp looks to be a great new feature and we just hope when that rumored full screen iPod comes out that Contour will be quick to release a Showcase for that.
