Pump Up the Volume

It’s like that old Twister Sister video use to ask, “What do you want to do with your life?” If you’re like that kid in the video, then you want to rock! So why can’t you do that on the Sony A1000 or A3000? Man, it’s just not loud enough. With various reasons such as laws and silly things like “protecting” ones hearing, Sony felt it privy to dumb it down. But guess what, like that school master spitting his question to that poor little kid, you can blow Sony away, like the school master was, with a little volume limiter hack!

The great folks at Anything But iPod have graciously taken a $2 eBay prize and given it to us readers for free! Just like the good ol’ Nintendo power up trick, this baby requires some finger work but after your thumb and index finger have done their jobs, hey, you’ll be yelling, “WHAT?!” to someone when they try to talking to you while jamming to Twister Sister on your Sony DAP! :)
