Popular Palm OS synchronization software manufacturer Intellisync will now be taking Norwegian cruises as Nokia has plopped down $430 million for them.
Fearing competition from Microsoft and Research In Motion, Nokia sees the need for linking their handhelds with the many different desktop software packages running on the PC’s of the world today. Intellisync’s large portfolio of online and software offerings will help Nokia manage this difficult task for the worlds number phone maker. Question is, will it benifit the end user?
