Iomega Goes Micro Mini

Remember when Iomega ruled the removable storage world with its ZIP format? Well, things have changed in those many, many technology years and fortunate for Iomega, they’re still around. Trying to recapture that big fame again, Iomega has just released some little critters that may make USB Flash Drives disappear.

The Micro Mini External Hard Drive will come in two small but large capacity sizes of 6 GB and 8 GB. These drives are really dinky and include a pop-out USB connector so you don’t have to carry a cable for it. Small enough to put in your pocket like a Flash drive, these micros might just be the way to go. The near decade of gigabytes will come in under two bills and the smaller sixer is nearly as cheap as a six pack of Bud at a buck twenty nine. Oh, did I say Bud? I meant real beer like Diebels. :)
