Hold pickup notices for the library with SMS? Yup, but not here in the States it would seem. Eh, maybe it will catch on someday…
It is now possible to receive the hold pickup notices of reservations as SMS messages (text messages) to mobile phone. This service is available through DNA, Elisa, Saunalahti, and Sonera subscriber connections.
To use the service, one needs HelMet library card and PIN code. PIN code may be obtained from any HelMet library by showing library card and ID. [Get the links]
