While I have not personally confirmed this, there is talk about Windows Mobile 5.0 upgrade being delayed until Jan 2006.

Various people have posted in the forums that they have been told, by various sources, of a delay in the release of the Windows Mobile 5.0 upgrade for the Loox 718/720. Having made enquiries I received confirmation today that, yes - the upgrade is indeed delayed until January 2006. This is an estimated date though no futher delay is anticipated. [Read the rest]
