At this week’s Samsung 4G Forum 2005, Samsung is demonstrating Wireless Broadband (WiBro) hand-over technology, which allows devices to be connected to Internet servers or other networked devices at speeds up to 120 km/hour while mobile. In this particular example, a WiBro-equipped bus was traveling at up to 60 km/hour. According to the company, the home-grown Korean standard is closely related to mobile WiMax.
