Well folks, it seems that the latest in PSP firmware has officially arrived. There are a number of neat things that have been included with it, too. Check it out:

The on again, off again Sony Playstation Portable firmware is on again. The 2.0 firmware upgrade was first going to be available on Aug. 12. Then, it slipped to the 15th. But it now is appearing on Sony’s web site so it must be real.

The main feature of this free upgrade, of course, is the official PSP web browser. Additional features include supports TIFF, GIF, PNG, and BMP formats as well as wallpaper to customize the PSP display, and they can swap photos wirelessly with other PSP owners with a photo-sharing feature.
