Sprint and Nextel Communications on Friday formally closed the merger they announced last Dec. 15, forming a mobile telecommunications behemoth called Sprint Nextel.
The new company, with about 44 million subscribers, will have its corporate headquarters in Nextel’s home of Reston, Via., and its operational base in Overland Park, Kan., which was Sprint’s home base. I was a customer with sprint for 5 days.I had horrible service and was lied to numerous times by multiple people. I was told i would get my deposit back if I was dissatified like any reliable cell phone dealer would do. Now they are telling me after I cancelled my service that they really hope I recieve my money. I am really not satisfied with the people you have working for you. I am just happy now that I can go to a more honest reliable cell phone dealer. Thanks for nothing! If I do not recieve my money back like promised you will be seein me again, in court!
