Any good recommendations for laptop backpacks?

You have to understand. A new notebook is an investment. So making sure that it is kept in a secure, well padded backpack is the only way to go unless you plan on having issues in the near future.
I’m looking to get a new bag to carry by laptop and a few devices everyday to and from work as well as when I travel and thought some of you reading this might have some recommendations. Features I’m looking for:
* padded back, ergonomically designed
* adjustable shoulder straps
* padded area for a 15″ laptop
* multiple storage compartments
