As the Sony PSP makes its way over to the US, there is now a service being offered to help make sure you can make this purchase while other consumers will likely be spinning around in circles trying to figure out which stores will still have one or two in stock and which will not.
PSP4US, a CE Buys, LLC property, is now taking sign-ups for its Sony PSP(tm) Alert Notification Service mailing list. Subscribers are alerted when online merchants start taking pre-orders or when PSP items are in stock - consoles, games, and accessories. PSP4US is an affiliate partner of trusted online merchants including EBGames, GameStop, BestBuy, CircuitCity, and WalMart.
The PSP4US Price Watch (updated daily) compares the prices of the different bundled packages offered by online merchants.
The PSP4US web site provides comprehensive buying information on PSP hardware, games (English & imported Japanese), accessories, and related news and resources.
“Since we launched our free Nintendo DS(tm) Alert Notification Service in October 2004, we have over 7,000 subscribers,” said Nick Pang, President. “Our notification service alerted subscribers to online merchants that were taking DS pre-orders for Christmas delivery. Consumers who do not pre-order online for the PSP will have to wait weeks or months after it’s launch on March 24, 2005.”
Consumers can sign up for the free Sony PSP alert notification service at PSP4US.
