While Dell and Creative try to pooh-pooh Apple’s new starlet, the iPod shuffle, Time Magazine gave it kudos this week claiming it to be the Gadget of the Week. The editors think this is such an awesome player that even current LCD equipped iPod users will want to grab one of these hard to find players, too. While Creative’s CEO may have been disappointed with the flash memory iPod, I don’t think Apple is with reports of a two to four week back log on orders for the shuffle. In fact, things are looking less like a fad and more like a hot commodity for the Cupertino based computer company I would have to say. But hey, I’m not a CEO just some stupid consumer, what do I know? ;)
