Talk about digi-doctor! According to RGJ.com, when you walk into this clinic, you are greeted by a tech savvy receptionist who is ready to scan your insurance information as you walk through the door. The whole office is paper free! That’s right, there are no paper records at all here at Spine Nevada, in Reno.
Upon entering Spine Nevada in Reno, a patient is greeted by a receptionist who digitally scans his identification and insurance card. The images appear on a computer screen and are added to an electronic medical record.
The patient is shown into an exam room furnished with a plush leather massage chair. The nurse enters and records a medical history on her computer tablet while an insurance coordinator down the hall simultaneously accesses the patient’s record to arrange authorization for a procedure.
Undulating rollers massage the patient’s back as he waits for the doctor.
