Canyon Technology, a growing international manufacturer of world-class computer components and peripherals, has launched a new series of innovative electronics products dubbed Sports Edition, which is targeted to consumers preferring active and mobile lifestyle. The new trendy consumer products will be available across Europe, Middle East and Africa region by the end of November, 2004.

According to a recent survey released by the Consumer Electronics Association, 76% of consumers plan to buy at least one consumer electronics product as a gift during the upcoming Christmas shopping season, and many consumers put portable MP3 players at the top of their holiday shopping list.

In order to meet the growing consumer demand, Canyon has released the first two products in its Sports Edition series. They include a rubber-coated Bluetooth headset and an MP3 player with FM radio. The rubber coating of both items provides shock and water protection which is important for the lovers of outdoor sports and recreation.
