A new Music Studio for your mobile

That is what I have been missing on my cell phone, a personal music studio! Um, actually not so much, folks. At first glance, Syntrax does seem rather silly and almost toy like at its core. Yet, this could be quite handy for traveling musicians I bet. Reported to work well on a number of compatible cell phones, this software will set you back $20.

Now before you get all bent out of shape because it is not totally free, check this out. It comes with a demo. That’s right people, you can actually spins out some tunes before you drop a single red cent on this program. Now I think that is fair, don’t you?

Syntrax runs on Symbian phones as well as the PocketPC. Though mobile phones have limited resources, Syntrax is designed to deliver the features the modern musician expects from a mobile pocket studio.

The core of Syntrax is acompact sound engine which delivers sound synthesis and sample playback. Syntrax enables the musician who is away from his/her studio to be able to experiment with sounds, and doodle musical inspirations any time, anywhere.
