Verizon Wireless customers can now protect themselves from the dreaded phone data backup dilemma with the introduction of the Backup Assistant. Verizon Get It Now enabled phones can sign up for the Backup Assistant direct from their phone and be backed up in just a few minutes.
The Backup Assistant service costs $1.99 a month and customers can view, edit or print their mobile phone address books online. If you change your information online the updated data is synced back to the phone automatically.
