Cell phone use out for bus drivers

Well folks, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has decided that cell phone use by public bus drivers is no longer allowed in his state. At first I felt that this was a little harsh, but after seeing his reasons, I can understand where he is coming from.
Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger on Tuesday signed a bill making it illegal to use a cell phone while driving a school bus or other public transit vehicle, California’s first restriction on using a mobile phone behind the wheel.
In his only veto of the day, the governor rejected a measure by Sen. John Vasconcellos, D-San Jose, that would have required the state to create a new measurement detailing whether schools have enough qualified teachers and textbooks.
