HP, Logitech launch Bluetooth headphones

OK, the iPaq just moved up a notch in my book. With the release of the HP iPAQ Bluetooth Stereo Headphones, things are going to get really cool really quickly. No stupid cords to get tangled up when jamming out to your favorite tunes, sounds like perfection to me!

Lottery.com Goes Live with Text Alerts

OK, I may not be a real lottery buff, but this is still pretty darn cool. Lottery.com is going to enable lottery results to quickly and easily be text-messaged to mobile phones nationwide. This sure beats calling those stupid numbers and trying to understand the recorded message with the winning numbers.

Samsung to produce .85 inch hard drive

Joining Toshiba and GS Magicstor in the really small hard drive segment, Samsung has announced plans to produce a tiny 0.85″ hard drive. Samsung expects the tiny drives to appeal to cell phone manufacturers and has recently produced a phone of their own with a hard drive.

Linksys goes dual-band on Wi-Fi

InfoWorld reports that Linksys has opted to go “dual-band” with their wireless products as they released their newest line of goodies. I really kick myself right now since I have a notebook that has both 802.11g/a wireless capability. Man, if had just waited a little longer. :o)
