AT&T Branded Motorola V600 Nightmare

GSM phone users know how great it is being able to back up an entire phone book onto a SIM card. Well, for some AT&T Wireless customers who purchased their top of the line V600s, they can’t do that! Yesterday, my father, who owns an AT&T branded V600, asked me to copy all of his contacts to the SIM card. After about 15 minutes of frustration, I looked at my Cingular branded V600 to find the option simply does not exist with the AT&T V600.
It seems to me the only way to back up an AT&T V600 is to either send all the contacts individually to SIM, or buy the Motorola phone sync kit. I am really disappointed with the V600 software. This is a really great phone, however, but the software has quite a few glitches.
