Don’t Let Internet Radio Die

Many people have music playing from some source while surfing the net. Quite often it is from one of thousands of internet radio stations. As I’m sure most people know, the Internet radio industry is in jeopardy right now due to the increased demands from The RIAA and CRB demanding more royalty fees than most internet broadcasters can afford to pay. For small independent, non-profit (hobby) broadcasters such as myself such rulings will totally shut us down.

Madchatter http://iwebradio.com has mounted a campaign to fight such insane demands at http://madchatter.net . Have a listen to one of his public service announcement on the “Don’t buy into it campaign” http://www.iwebradio.net/Dont_Buy_Into_It_Campaign.mp3
