Creating A Memorial Page For A Loved One

My wife of 28 years lost her battle with cancer in 2005. Being a total Internet Geek, I wanted to create a tribute page to her. Initially I was going to make a page with pictures, biographical information etc. While searching the Web for inspiration, I came upon a site that hosts memorial pages.
Unlike typical Web pages of this type, memory-of.com is quite interactive. You as well as friends and family can upload pictures and video clips, write tributes and pay condolences in various ways.
It offers free hosting of a page for two weeks and very reasonable rates thereafter. I opted for the one time payment for it to be there eternally (currently $94.95).
We all love to do the fun things on the Web. But at times we need to get serious and do meaningful things.
For anyone interested, my wife Debi’s site can be viewed at

Hi there,
Just thought i’d let others know we have a memorial website service where you can create sites entirely free:
http://tribute.perfectmemorials.com
There are no trial periods or expiration dates on the tributes - and you can upload an unlimited amount of photos.
