Help a brother out! Everyone has been lamenting the awful battery life on the new 3G iPhone. There have also been a lot of good suggestions out there for conserving your precious iPhone life juice. One of the best is to turn off 3G. Of course, one of the reasons you most likely bought this phone was for the 3G speeds. Here are some things you don’t need 3G speed for: email, phone calls, Shazam, listening to music, Twitteriffic. Unless you are browsing the web or using a traffic laden app you wont even notice it is off. However, to turn it off and on is about 4 clicks off of the main screen - anyone know of a way to make a shortcut or on\off app on the main screen? Thanks, I appreciate it.
