Outdoor Photography Tips

When you step out into the great outdoors armed with a digital camera and a smile, sun block and mosquito repellant aren’t the only things on your required packing list. There are a few tricks to shooting photos outdoors that differ slightly from indoor photography you may be used to. I know most of my shots are taken under incandescent lighting or fluorescent tubes not the direct light of the sun. Hiking, canoeing and camping all present unique opportunities for great photos, but they also present a few unique challenges for getting great shots, depending on time of day, cloud cover, foliage density and a variety of other factors we don’t normally encounter in the safe confines of the city. Review a few outdoor photography tips and don’t forget to add a few digicam extras to your required packing list.
