New Uses for Old MP3 Players

Old MP3 players don’t need to die. When the parts on your portable media player wear out, instead of throwing it in the trash or banishing it to a shoebox under your bed, the drive in your media player may still be a great addition to your home computing configuration. I got an Archos Multimedia Jukebox back in 2001. Since that time the battery stopped holding a charge and I had no luck finding a replacement.
