Have you ever not been able to find an image that you knew was on your PC? Well use this tip the next time it happens and it should help you find it.

Did you know that you have 31 ways to sort and view your images in Windows XP? Open the folder that contains your pictures then click on View and select Details. Right click on the title bar in the details side of your Explorer Window for example you can right click where it says size. Now you have the option to sort in many ways, well 31 to be exact! Things like the dimensions or resolution of images, camera model used, (if it is from your own digital images), the date taken, date created, date modified, attributes such as compression, encryption and much more. As the sort option is only applied to that particular folder, your choices on how you sort your pictures in other folders can vary to your preference.
