To all the veterans out there on Memorial Day
To all the veterans out there on Memorial Day I would just like to say thank you. I’m a veteran myself and know the sacrifices, the birthdays, holidays, anniversaries and other memorable events in life that were missed because of your service. But most of all put aside the politics to remember and honour those who gave their lives so that we can be here today. Also, give a word of comfort to the families who have lost a loved one as they too have sacrificed.
Rest in peace.
