The NFL has changed

I love football season and watching the NFL games yesterday it really hit how much technology has changed the game. With the coaches calling in the calls from sidelines to the quarterback to coaches being up in booths upstairs the game is so much different than 10 years ago. The advent of the yellow first down line for the viewers is a big plus. But I think the change that really helps the viewers is the overhead camera. We get to see the game from a whole new angle. I’m waiting for the day when the players will be equipped with individual cameras and we get to decide what view of the game we want to see.

Hi everyone.
I have seen many different commercials for the NFL that showed a single player in action with a glow aroound him. I would like to do something similar to
this but I dont know if they mask frame by frame or if they use some other method to mask the player. The initial backgrounds were multicolored and complex
in most of the footage used so I they could not use a simple green key. Anyone know of how they do these effects?Thanks.
