Gordon Dick of Edinburgh, Scotland sued spammer Transcom Internet Services Ltd. in small claims court and won a judgment of 750 pounds (euro1,100, US$1,445) in damages and 619 pounds (euro906, US$1,190) in court costs. ”Some people just delete and ignore it,” Dick told The Associated Press. ”But if someone was throwing stones through your window, would you just ignore it?
