John Edwards’ Second Life Campaign Headquarters Thrashed

GamePolitics is today reporting that Democratic Presidential hopeful John Edwards had his Second Life campaign headquarters trashed overnight by some Republican Second Lifers. From the John Edwards blog:
Shortly before midnight (CST) on Monday, February 26, a group of Republican Second Life users, some sporting “Bush ‘08″ tags, vandalized the John Edwards Second Life HQ. They plastered the area with Marxist/Leninist posters and slogans, a feces spewing obscenity, and a Photoshopped picture of John in blackface, all the while harassing visitors with right-wing nonsense and obscenity-laden abuse of Democrats in general and John in particular.
A feces spewing obscenity? Hmm… I’m wondering if the Edwards people just didn’t recognize Dick Cheney’s Second Life avatar.

I entered Second Life this morning to check the damage, and all has been cleaned up. However, I’m thinking that John John’s neighboring property may be owned by slightly classier Republican operatives, for the property is identical to that of John Edwards, however it’s a mock campaign headquarters for John Edward, the guy who talks to dead people.
Ah Second Life politics. Where have you been all my life?

Dirty tricks are running rife in both parties by canidates against canidates. Shame!
For example:
Its time Obama put Hillary and Bill Clinton in their place. Hillary claims 35 years of experience. Her’s and many others 35 years experience in gov’t is what has brought America to its knees. Instead of experience I call that malfeasance. Hillary needs to apologize to and seek forgivness from Obama and the American people. Then she should withdraw from the race and join Monica Lewinsky, and her philandering,lying,immoral husband, Bill, who she apparently can’t satisfy sexually.
