Thanks to Ray Beckerman for bringing the Expert Witness Fund to my notice via a post post over at his blog.
I was unaware that the donations to the fund were tax deductible. This, however, is a defense fund I am all in favor of.
Another great "rightful" organization to keep in mind’ is the EFF. You can support them at this donations page. I rather like the NSA T-shirt;
