The Internet Over Sex?

Now this is not too much of a surprise to me — is it to you? They seem to be reporting it like it is somehow revealing. In my opinion, it just confirmed what I already thought. Seems that many of us want the Internet more than sex.
A survey indicated that “46% of women and 30% of men” would sacrifice sex for two weeks rather than give up Internet access. You can read a bit more on it here and at CNN Online. I would love to discuss it more but I am off to surf.

Wow. That is pretty interesting and disturbing. This makes me think that we are slowly becoming machines :)

The survey is definitely extreme, but I bet there’s some truth to it. Personally, I’m glued to my blackberry and inbox because of my job and I KNOW I’m not the only one. The Internet is becoming much more affordable and easier to access, because of such companies like Clear www.clear.com), and users can stay connected at all times, no matter where they go. I bet more internet providers will be following Clear’s lead and I bet those stats will increase dramatically in the near future.

Well I’d be lying if I said my girlfriend didn’t enjoy Facebook better than sex.
Frigid isn’t a term deemed bad amongst women: ie. she tells her friends we’re having a great time lol!
