The "Dancing Baby" Seems to be Proceeding

Back when I first mentioned the "dancing baby case", I promised to mention if I heard anymore. For now, this is all I have at the moment but it looks like the case is going to proceed. (In my opinion, boycott-RIAA is a pretty decent source.)
I have a hectic day at work today and a conference call scheduled as soon as I am off work. If I can dig up more for you, I will. If any of you hear anything further, please leave word in a comment.
