Rare Christmas Movies

So, I’m in the Christmas spirit. In fact, I’m in the Christmas spirit almost all year round, but as soon as I see Santa on the Thanksgiving day parade (traditionally) it’s officially Christmastime for me! That means: decorations, lights, music, and movies.

But, there are some movies I just can’t find anymore, like ABC’s Claymation Christmas Special, Garfields Christmas Special, or Winnie the Poo’s Holiday Special. Sure, finding them in their whole, uncut glory is a difficult (if not downright impossible) task, but thanks to the glory that is YouTube, I can now find specific scenes from these movies:

Rouldolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer

Oh Christmas Tree

Carol of the Bells (this one always makes me laugh)

A Family Guy Christmas

Christmas Lights

I know that a few of these are recent, and not too difficult to come by, but I’ll post more at a later time (or you could always check out Christmas Geek for daily material).

Oh, if any gnomies out there know where I can get my grubby little hands on a copy of ABC’s Claymation Special and Garfield’s Christmas Special, please let me know! I’d love to add them to my growing collection of Christmas stuff.

Is this what you are talking about? Apparently they have the Claymation Christmas Celebration available on DVD.

Enjoy.
