One Linux dude is looking for some testers to act as elves this holiday season. Could he be talking about you?
Linus Torvalds, the creator of Linux and the maintainer of its development kernel, appealed on Saturday for people to test the latest release candidate of the Linux kernel.
In an email entitled “Ho ho ho… Linux 2.6.15-rc7″, Torvalds asked people to use their free time over the Christmas period to look at the new release candidate. [Read the rest]
