The Register has put the latest IBM vs. SCO smackdown in plain language in a recent article. As reported, they’re turning the tables on SCO and are essentially setting themselves up for a nice countersuit on copyright infringement.
IBM’s definitely breaking out the big guns in this battle, and is poised to just eviscerate SCO. It’s a beautiful thing, and it’s great that IBM is supporting Linux like this, whether directly or indirectly via protecting themselves.
I think I know who I’ll be contacting next time I need some server hardware at the ISP I run.
